Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by Chairman Pharo.

NOTE: This meeting was conducted via phone. It was posted on the front door of the Fortescue station with the access #nto meeting.

Roll Call

Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Secretary Higbee, Treasurer Robertson, Commissioner Crowley, Clerk Rothman.

Minutes of may Meeting were approved as recorded.

Motion to pay bills, Lupton, Pharo.

OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

  1. A COCID-19 update from medical director Dr. Lavell and CDC was given. As of this date meetings will consist of no more than 6 people with outside groups of no more than 25 people. Outline sop for first responders on call. More will be given as time progresses.
  2. The township OEM has lifted the directive on only (2) two EMT’S on EMS runs. This will allow for non EMT’S to assist on calls.
  3. The doors at the Fortescue station will cost $12,873.75 to be replaced. This would be (5) five doors. After further discussion it was decided to only replace (3) three doors and new lock mechanism on (2) two doors. Will report back with updated quote.
  4. New 90 lights are in service.
  5. Air Power will be at Newport station to service air compressor.
  6. North Cove Rd is still damaged. Use caution when responding to this area.

Mr. Rothman reported that Comcast will be contacted about security system at both the Fortescue and Newport stations. A report at July meeting will be given.

NEW BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

  1. Training will resume shortly under the new guidelines of the state and CDC.

 

TREASURERS ROPORT

Mr. Rothman gave the following reported that the audit is almost complete. There are no gigs for this year. We will have the copies for the July meeting.

Checking Account - $261,656.56

Miss Cowley reported that the Green Teams fund raiser on August 15 will be at the Fortescue station.

Mr. Lupton reported that the state fire convention in Wildwood has been canceled due to the COVID-19 situation.
