Meeting called to order at 6:00pm by chairman Pharo.
Roll Call, Chairman Pharo, Secretary Higbee, Treasurer Robertson, Commissioner Cowley, Clerk Rothman.

Minutes of the September 7th meeting were approved as recorded.
Motion to pay bills, Higbee, Cowley.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- The lock on doors at the Fortescue station is almost complete. The front door needs a different type of lock and a cover on engine room door needs to be installed.
- PAFRS is in service for the company.
- The starter was replaced on the 5 ton by Newport Service. Also, a battery selector switch was installed to prevent and feedback.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Higbee reported that paint is needed for new doors at the Fortescue station. A dark brown Rust O Leum paint will be used.
Ms. Cowley reported on what the Green teem has been doing. Ms. Cowley also gave a donation from the Green Teem that will go to the company from a fund raiser earlier in the year.
Chairman Pharo asked what the needs for the 2021 budget will be. Mr. Rothman provided a breakdown of the budget year 2020 to the board. Mr. Rothman will contact Mr. Colavitas office for any recommendations for the budget year 2021. If any line item changes are necessary for the upcoming year it will be discussed. After the review of the board it was decided that at the current budget looks good to go into 2021. It is the board decision that no raise in taxes will be necessary at this time for the budget year 2021 The board will wait to hear from Mr. Colavitas office for final input and adaption.
