Meeting called to order by chairman Pharo at 6:00pm.
Roll call, Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Cowley, Clerk Rothman.
Public on hand 6.
Minutes of the February 7 meeting were approved as recorded, Lupton Robertson.
Motion to pay bills, Pharo, Cowley.
Chairman Pharo turned the meeting over to Tom Narolewski from Assured Partners Insurance and Isaac Thomas. They made a final presentation on the insurance policies. After the review and some discussion, a vote was taken with a 5 to 0 in favor to appoint Assured Partners to be the broker of record. Tom and Isaac will Contact Gusweiler Insurance so that the change can be made. All information was exchanged and the necessary paper work was signed by Treasurer Robertson and Secretary Higbee.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- Bayshore wireless has drawn up a proposal for use of the tower located at the Fortescue station. This will be sent to Mr. Braslow for his review.
- 39-50 has been serviced.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- Haff Refrigeration has serviced and done any repairs to both the Fortescue and Newport station. It was found that a large bowl was placed on to of the refrigerator in Fortescue stopping the air flow.
- RERP training will take place on 3/29/2022
- We will be having a smoke detector drive on Saturday April 2ed.
Mr. Rothman reported that there was an issue with the heating system at the Fortescue Station in the engine bay. This was taken care of by Woodruff Energy and High Point Roofing. All parties have been paid at this time due to the urgency of this situation.
