Meeting called to order by Chairman Pharo at 6:00pm.

Roll call, Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Crowley.

Public on hand – 3

Minutes of the May 3 meeting were approved as recorded.

Motion to pay bills Crowley, Higbee.

OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Higbee reported the following;

1. Marine 39 is painted and is in service at this time.
2. The audit is not finished at this time. It should be done for July’s meeting.

Miss Crowley thanked all for their support with any events that the Green Team has taken on.

NEW BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson reported the following;

1. The water conditioner has been serviced at the Newport station.
2. The 2 ½” intake is leaking on E39. This will be looked at by EVS.
3. Tender 39 will be moved to the Newport station for the next 2 weeks. When Mr. Green returns it will go back to the Fortescue station.
4. The Newport station ready for the elections on Tuesday the 8^th.

Miss. Crowley reported that on August 14^th the green team will host the Bounty of The Bay.
