Meeting called to order by Chairman Pharo at 6:00pm

Minutes of April 1 meeting were approved as recorded.
Motion to pay bills, Pharo, Higbee
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Higbee gave the following report,
- T-39 is back in service and made the tender task force call the next day.
- Halo Truck Service called to canceled the scheduled maintenance appointment due to other emergencies in their area. Chief Robertson will follow up and report back.
Mr. Rothman Gave the following report,
- Gus Gosweiler from the insurance Co. contacted us with a new liability insurance carrier with new rates. We are now out of the assigned pool. This change will result in a yearly savings of $2,164.00.
- The corrective action plan was done for the year of 2018. Chairman Pharo commented that a good job was done by all.
- The group affidavit was signed by all and notarized by Notary Marion Higbee.
- Resolution #19-10 on annual audit was passed at this meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Rothman gave the following report,
It was asked if any of the Commissioners had any issues with combining the current checking and money market accounts at Ocean First bank into one common account. The reason is that we are being charged transfer, account fees on two separate accounts. This will streamline the banking accountability for this district.
Chairman Pharo made a motion to combine the two accounts, a second by Nr. Higbee. All were in favor. Mr. Rothman will report back when complete.
