Meeting called to order by Chairman Lupton at 6:00pm.

Roll Call, Chairman Lupton, Vice Chairman Cowley, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Munson, Clerk Rothman.

Public on hand, 5.

Minutes of the March 7 meeting were read and approved as recorded, Cowley, Munson.

Motion to pay bills, Higbee, Cowley.

OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Munson gave the following report for Mr. Robertson,

1. The turnout gear has been ordered.
2. Dive masks have been ordered.
3. The generator at the Fortescue station has been serviced and is back on line.
4. The siren at the Fortescue station has not been working properly for some time. Mr. Higbee came over to the station and unplugged from the wall, plugged back in. This seems to have reset things and will monitor and report back.

NEW BUSINESS

Miss Cowley reported that Downe Township Horseshoe Crab festival will be held on May 13. She has asked for support from the fire company once again this year.

Mr. Rothman gave the following report,

1. The Board of Fire Commissioners bank account has been updated.
2. The 2022 audit is still being worked on.
3. The 2023 workman’s comp policy has been paid in full.

TREASURERS REPORT

Checking Account - $260,208.34
