Meeting called to order by Chairman Lupton at 6:00pm.
Roll call Chairman Lupton, Vice Chairman Cowley, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Clerk Rothman.
Public on hand – 5
Minutes of the October 2ed meeting were approved as recorded, Cowley, Lupton.
Motion to pay bills, Lupton, Robertson.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- HGAC has been approved and we are waiting for the final contract. We are currently waiting for the final specs from Seagrave at this time.
- All Hurst equipment has been serviced.
- SCBA flow testing is complete.
- The gear that was ordered on grant has been delivered at this time.
- Gave an update on the 700-radio system and what Downe Township can expect.
Mr. Rothman reported that Caterpillar came to Fortescue to repair the generator and is currently back on lined.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- EVS is currently at the Fortescue Station doing service on trucks at this time.
- Assistant Chief McPherson is currently getting pricing on auto door in back of engine bay.
TREASURERS REPORT
Checking Account - $345,054.04
Resolution # 23-13 was passed with 4 yea 0 nay in favor. This is for transfers of funds.
