Meeting called to order by Chairman Pharo at 6:00pm.
Roll Call, Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Cowley, Clerk Rothman.
Public on hand – 5.
Minutes of the May 2 meeting were approved as recorded – Robertson, Lupton.
Motion to pay bills – Higbee, Pharo.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- The SCBA bottles have now been ordered from MES, Mr. Bill Bates sales rep.
- System Electric will be down next week to repair lights at the Fortescue station
- The new 700 Frequency radios will be installed at some point this year. Report to follow.
- The truck committee went to Harrisburg Pa. to look at what is out there for new rescue truck The Commissioners will get a monthly report on the progress.
- All fuel lines on the portable pumps have been replaced at this time.
- The new rails for the 5 ton have been ordered.
Miss Cowley asked when the Sonar boat will be close out. Mr. Rothman reported that all paper work has been turned into the USDA at this time.
Mr. Rothman will contact Foley Caterpillar for service on the generator at the Fortescue station.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Rothman reported that the 2021 audit has been completed and shows no corrections or gigs for the year 2021. Resolution 22-09 was proposed to accept the audit. With a 5-0 vote in favor of resolution 22-09. Mr. Rothman wit notify all the proper agencies.
