May 3, 2021
Meeting called to order by Chairman Pharo at 6:00pm.
Roll Call, Chairman Pharo, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Crowley, Clerk Rothman.

Minutes of the April 5th meeting were approved as recorded.
Motion to pay bills, Pharo Higbee.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- The light bar for 39-23 has been installed with no problems.
- The six new SCBA bottles are in service at this time. Six more will be ordered for a total of 12 new SCBA bottles.
- Liberty Mutual will be our carrier for Workman’s Comp coverage. This will have a rate increase due to the insurance pool that we are currently in.
Mr. Rothman reported that the Mr. Rothman audit is being worked on at this time. It should be complete by June. He will report back when more information is known.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson reported that the county board of elections did a quick inspection of the Newport station for the upcoming elections. It was deemed acceptable.
Mr. Higbee reported that all boat trailers are due for service. Newport Service will do this over the next month. Marine 39 will be painted and put in service in the next few weeks.
