Meeting called to order by Chairman Pharo at 6:00pm.
Roll Call – Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Secretary Higbee, Treasurer Robertson, Commissioner Cowley, Clerk Rothman.

Minutes of the March 1 meeting were approved as recorded.
Motion to pay bills, Lupton, Pharo.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson reported that we are currently waiting on the bottles for the air packs from Mid Atlantic Fire Protection.
Mr. Pharo asked if there were any updates on the workman’s comp or news on the 2020 audit. There was none at this time.
Mr. Rothman reported that the USDA grant for the new sonar boat has been processed and is waiting for final approval.
Any petitions for the April 20th elections have been turned into either the Sectary or Clerk.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Rothman gave a brief update on the sewer project.
A motion was put forth to sell skiff 39Z with boat, motor, and trailer. It was passed with a 5-0 in favor. Mr. Robertson will put this up on GOVDEALS.COM when the appropriate time has arrived.
