Meeting called to order by chairman Pharo at 6:00pm.
Roll call, Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Secretary Higbee, Treasurer Robertson, Commissioner Cowley, Clerk Rothman.

Minutes of the January meeting were approved as recorded.
Motion to pay bills, Lupton, Robertson.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Higbee reminded the board that the 2021 fire elections will be held on Tuesday the 20th of April from the hours of 2:00pm – 9:00pm. The deadline to smit petitions will be March 22, 2021. The Clerk will run the notice of elections one week prior to the date of elections. This will be Tuesday March, 13th 2021.
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- The availability of COVID vaccination for any member that would like to get.
Mr. Rothman Gave the following report,
- Update on USDA grant for the Sonar/Rescue boat.
- At this time there is no update for the budget from DCA.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson reported that the district will apply to the AFG grant for 12 air packs and 24 bottles with personal masks for all structural firefighters.
Mr. Rothman reported that no new information from the DCA on any budget matters. All necessary publications have been sent to the Daily Journal for the elections and Budget.
