Meeting called to order by Chairman Pharo at 6:00pm
Roll call, Chairman Pharo, Vice Chairman Lupton, Secretary Higbee, Treasurer Robertson, Commissioner Cowley, Clerk Rothman.

Minutes of the December meeting were approved as recorded.
Motion to pay bills, Pharo Cowley.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- The doors at the Fortescue station are complete.
- Storm 39 has been serviced and is back in service.
- The order was placed for 6 new Scott air bottles. Another order for 6 more will be placed shortly.
Mr. Rothman gave the following report,
- The Generator has been serviced and is back on line. A preventive maintenance program will be set up with Foley Cat in the near future.
- Gave update on new sonar/ rescue boat grant.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- A member has notified him that he may have been exposed to a COVID induvial and was around other company members at a company function. The Chief had all potential exposed members checked by the health dept. Noa positive test results as of this date. Will report back.
- EMS supplies have been ordered.
Mr. Rothman read a memorandum from Richard Braslow Esq. all elections for Fire Commissioners will be held on April 20,02021 from 2:00pm – 9:00pm. This is a change from the third Saturday in February. See attached memo for additional information.

21-01 Temporary budget for 2021
21-02 Transfer of funds
The public hearing for the proposed 2021 budget was opened by chairman Pharo in the amount of $224,570.00 that will be raised by taxation.
With no questions from the public, the public portion was closed. Chairman Pharo then called for a roll call vote for the proposed 2021 budget sent to the State of New Jersey for final approval. Higbee (y), Lupton (Y), Cowley (Y), Robertson (Y), Pharo (Y). With a vote of 5-0 it was approved by the Commissioners. The clerk will send the budget out for approval.
Petitions for a seat on the Board of Commissioners will be available on Febuary1,2021
With no further business Chairman Pharo closed the meeting at 6;45pm.
