Old Business

Hickman was here and came up with a plan for how we want things laid out.

Extension cord for Marine 39 needed

Audit details discussed. Conversations with Calavito needed.

JR Construction for the soffit repairs- Going to try and get a few more quotes and bring it back to the table next month

Batteries for Marine 39 ordered and in

Windows at Fortescue still not done, hoping to do it this month

Engine 39 back and in service, Still needs alignment and new tires

Reporting program needs to be changed- Talked with company called First Due, meeting on Wednesday to go over the program and prices

SCBA were due to ship on 5/24, Brooks will find out from Scott where they are

State passed the law for financing up to 20 years for fire district- Doesn’t change anything for us right now, we would have to refinance later

New Business

Background checks for whole department completed- Fireside paid for it $2032.44

Motion- Liz Cowley to pay fire company back -All approved

Letter from Scruggs, not allowing portable propane containers anymore, labelling electric boxes and layout of property and which trailers are rented

Township going to pay for parking lot striping

No more elections after this cycle to be held at Newport Station- No space inside or parking 

Discussion for capital improvement money- Replace the window blinds at Fortescue Station 

Started cleaning the loft and over the next few weeks it will be finished.
