Old Business

Talked to Hickman about looking at the boat.

We have a price from JR Construction for repairs of the soffit at Newport Station-Tabled until we have everyone present.

Windows at the Fortescue Station need to be resealed. (Looking into a date for a few people to help.  We will handle this in house)

E39 should be back this week from Fire & Safety Services.

Met with Coast Guard, 911 Dispatchers

Marine 39 will go in the water soon and be docked in the Coast Guard slip this summer.

Insurance Policy paid workman’s comp.

Everything else insurance-wise will be paid next week.

New Business

T39 had a mechanical issue at the fire.  The alternator burned up and was replaced.  The damaged rear door was fixed as well.

Financial Audit finished but not in hand yet. We need to write a requisition number on the check. Fire in trailer park, letter from Bridgeton Fire after inspection- numbers are not on electric boxes. Going to be labeled. Propane tanks have to be professionally installed, cannot have small tanks around. 

The Workers Comp audit is complete. - Discussed issues involved.

Festival Saturday.

Sometime in May we will be going in front of the Local Finance Board for the new Rescue truck.
