Meeting called to order by Chairman Lupton at 6:00pm.

Roll call Chairman Lupton, Vice Chairman Cowley, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Munson, Clerk Rothman.

Public on hand 4.

Minutes of the January meeting was approved as recorded, Cowley, Robertson.

Motion to pay bills, Lupton, Higbee.

OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

1. The new defibrillator is in and will be put in service on 39-23.
2. The paperwork for the new rescue is turned in. We are waiting for the bids on financing at this time.
3. The 700 system for the county is moving forward and we have received our allotment.

Mr. Rothman reported that he has spoken to Jim Rubart about the wall and roof at the Fortescue station. He will report back.

Miss Cowley asked about the new line items on the Quick Books report. Mr. Robertson and Mr. Rothman will get together soon to make the changes.

NEW BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

1. There was an emergency repair on R-39, the front tire was flat and needed a repair. During this time, it was found that the tires were not available and new rims and tires were ordered and replaced on R-39 by Cumberland Tire.
2. An inverter was installed on T-39.
3. Air reels were ordered and will be installed for air hookup for trucks.
4. Around mid-April E-39 will be out of service for repairs.

Mr. Rothman reported that the Board of Fire Commissioners web site is up to date and that DCA has approved the 2024 budget and copies are available.

Mr. Lupton took the time to thank Cliff Higbee for his years of service to the board.
