Meeting called to order by Chairman Lupton at 6:00pm.

Roll call , Chairman Lupton, Vice Chairman Cowley, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Munson, Clerk Rothman.

Public on hand 5.

Minutes of the December meeting was approved as recorded, Lupton, Robertson.

Motion to pay bills, Higbee, Lupton.

OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

1. The overhead door at the Newport station is in operation.
2. The water purifier is installed at the Newport station.
3. The new 5” hose has been delivered.
4. New SCBA have been delivered and in service at this.
5. Update on new rescue truck.
6. The new 700 radios are being installed at this time.

NEW BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

1. 39-23 is at Scarlotto auto repair to check for a possible water leak.
2. Some water leaks have been found at the Fortescue Station. Jim Rubart will be notified.

Mr. Rothman reported that Foley Caterpillar will be called about the generator will be called to look at the Fortescue station generator.

Chairman Lupton made a motion for resolution 24-01 for temp budget. With a 4-0 in favor the resolution was passed.
