Meeting called to order Chairman Lupton at 6:00pm.
Roll Call, Chairman Lupton, Vice Chairman Crowley, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Commissioner Munson.

Minutes of the August 7th meeting were approved as recorded, Higbee, Lupton.
Motion to pay bills, Munson, Crowley
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- E-39 was sent out for the A/C to be fixed.
- Storm-39 is repaired and is back in service.
- The turn out gear is coming in slowly and should be complete in the near future.
- The dive gear that was purchased thru Homeland Security should all be in soon.
- Update on the new rescue, Seagrave has not responded as of this date. We will continue with the process and come back to this.
Miss Cowley reported that the Bounty on the Bay was successful for the Green Team
Mr. Lupton asked what is the plan for 39-21. It was discussed and we keep it on at this time as support for the dive team.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Robertson gave the following report,
- Spoke with the USDA on the Chiefs vehicle. Due to different projects with the USDA this will be tabled until 2024.
- R-39 was towed at the completion of a water call in Fairton last month. It was repaired at Newport Service Station and is back in service.
- The small office at the Newport station is in the process of being converted into a secure office for documents.
Miss Cowley asked that the company participate in the Downe Township Downe home day on Oct 21.
