Meeting was called to order by chairman Lupton at 6:00pm.

Roll call, Chairman Lupton, Vice Chairman Cowley, Treasurer Robertson, Secretary Higbee, Clerk Rothman.

Public on hand 6.

Minutes of the May 1, 2023 meeting were red and approved as recorded, Higbee, Robertson.

Motion to pay bills, Lupton, Cowley.

OLD BUSINESS

Mr. Robertson gave the following report,

1. Workman’s comp audit is completed.
2. Seagraves specs should be in by the July meeting.
3. The thermal cameras are installed in all front-line trucks.
4. Working on completing the handicap parking spots.

NEW BUSINESS

1. The new EMS bags for both 1^sts responder trucks have been stocked and put in service.
2. Pump and ladder testing have been completed by MISTRHS testing.
3. Hose testing is on tender -39.
4. Some lighting has been added on the 5 Ton and mor will be done in the future.

Miss. Cowley thanked the department for the help at the Green Team and Horseshoe crab festival.

TREASURERS REPORT

Mr. Rothman gave the following report,

1. The 2022 audit has been returned with no corrective action.
2. Group afadata was signed and resolution 23-11 was passed with a 4-0 vote in favor.
